Notes:

1. Each self-study training certification is at least 20 hours in duration, so please plan accordingly. Sub-notes:
   (a) By way of comparison, the corresponding classroom format is priced at $3,920 and is 32 hours in duration, with up to 32 NASBA CPEs and three attempts at the exam.
   (b) Our self-study programs have previously sold for $1,045 including printed courseware; however, since we no longer provide printed copies of the courseware with our self-study programs, the price is now $980.
   (c) You can expect to spend a total of around 40-60 hours to view the course content and to prepare for the certification exam.

2. Additional attempts at the exam are at a nominal fee (instead of the regular fee of US$250)

3. All sales are final. No cancellations. No refunds. No transfers. (except as below)

4. If we need to cancel all/part of an order, the corresponding refund will be pro-rated in your favor. For example: if you purchase the 3-pack for $X, and we need to cancel one of the products within the 3-pack, you will receive a refund of $X/3. In other words, we don’t penalize you for our mistakes/changes. (If you require further clarification, please let us know.)

5. If you are purchasing a package that consists of more than one certification training, you might get access to each one on different dates (depending on when they become available for release).

6. E&OE. In the event of the following, and for any reason, we reserve the right to change/cancel your order as needed:
   (a) Fraudulent transactions detected by us/our payment processors/other entities
   (b) Errors in our pricing (inadvertent overpricing, inadvertent underpricing, etc.)
   (c) Any other fraud or error that is brought to and/or comes to our attention
